I am currently recruiting on behalf of a market leader in telecommunications for a Customer Strategy Manager. This is a key position in creating and driving the customer strategy vision to ensure maximum customer engagement. We are looking for someone with strong strategic skills and a passion to champion the customers' perspective - the mindset of putting yourself in the shoes of the customer!

Working with senior stakeholders and teams across the business you will shape the development of the overarching Customer Strategy, defining the vision, principles and targets for an omni-channel experience, customer loyalty program, customer insights and analytics and customer journeys. Using analysis, insights and keeping ahead of emerging trends you will identify and analyse strategic opportunity areas to drive the business forward and keeping the needs of the customer at the forefront.

My client is looking for a tech/digital savvy, Customer Strategy Manager from a B2C background, with strong strategy and analysis experience. You can have either in-house or consultancy/agency background, must be passionate about the customer and able to think outside the box.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Ability to translate trends / developments across markets
• Obsessive about great customer experiences, proven background in delivering these from thought to launch
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to persuade different audiences, using your strong analysis skills to back up with data
• Strategic modelling
• Ability to effectively use customer analysis / insight to drive strategy
• Commercial acumen
• Tech / digital minded
• Proven experience in delivering consumer facing marketing / customer strategy projects
