We are working with a market leading Telecoms Organisation to recruit a Customer Service Design Manager who will have responsibility for mapping out customer journeys and look at how communications are best delivered to the customer.
As a Customer Service Design Manager you will liaise directly with multiple teams in order to design customer centric journeys in order to deliver commercial solutions.
This role will report in to a Business Lead and will have sole ownership of go to market plans for business initiatives raised by stakeholders around the organisation.
As a Customer Service Design Manager you will support the business strategy by:
- Designing and delivering consistent customer solutions
- Working with multiple business teams to ensure complete satisfaction of brand perception
- The role will focus on key areas including Propositions / Service experience / Multichannel and continuous improvement
