Customer Service Advisor - Bi-Lingual (German & English, or French & English)

Permanent - Central London

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing European company based in central London for 2x bi-lingual Customer Service Advisor with the following language skills:

  • German (fluent) & English (fluent), or
  • French (fluent) & English (fluent)

Your role will involve working shifts (24/7/365) shift pattern of days and nights (12 hour shifts)

This is a non-technical, telephone based customer services role, you will be receiving calls from corporate clients based all around the world and so we are looking for people with excellent telephone manner, fluent language skills and a positive attitude - you will be the 'voice' of the client to their customers!

I am looking for French/English or German/English speaking Customer Service Advisors from a call centre / or telephone based customer services role (ideally within a technical IT or Communications company). As Customer Service Advisor your role will involve answering the calls from corporate clients, assisting them with an account queries and escalating any technical issues.
