Customer Service Advisor
This leading IT and datacentre services company are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in London.
You will be handling customer requests from all around the world, so you will need to have an excellent telephone manner, excellent communication skills and a positive attitude!
Your main responsibility is to act as the first line response for their European Customer Service Centre handling a variety of queries such as escalating technical issues, queries regarding account information, arranging site access.
The ideal candidate will have a background from a call centre within an IT, telecoms or datacentre environment. You must also be able to speak fluent English and either French or German.
