Customer Service Advisor - Bi-Lingual (French and/or German) - London - Permanent

A leading IT and datacentre services company is searching for a French and/or German speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their team in London on a permanent basis.

The Customer Service Advisor will handle requests and queries from customers globally.

Role:

The Customer Service Advisor will act as the first line of response in the European Customer Service Centre, handling a variety of queries such as escalating technical issues, queries regarding account information, arranging site access etc.

Skills Required:

Candidates should have a call centre / customer support / customer service background within an IT, telecoms or datacentre company. You must also be able to speak fluent English and either French or German. Good communications skills and a good telephone manner are essential.
