The Customer Acquisition Trading Manager is responsible for acquiring new customers, whilst ensuring the existing ones keep in love. You'll collaborate with the marketing and big data teams to ensure our go-to-market offering is spot on. You'll understand the complexity of retail and contact centre channels, and have the character to build relationships that will truly deliver a win-win situation.

As a Trading Manager you will manage the day to day trading category roadmap to maximise volumes and margin. To this end you will have great people skills, and an ability to create and realise solutions through analysis and strategic planning.

Trading Managers deliver the monthly outcome for the team by working with others within an agreed financial framework. These are high profile positions within the Mobile Customer channel with a primary responsibility of delivering financial returns, but keeping customers at the forefront of any decisions.

What we are looking for:

• Experience with a big brand service provider, and demonstrable success in managing Customer Acquisition, Retention or In-Life Sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills, with an ability to collaborate with departments across the business to agree and achieve trading outcomes.
• Proven success in managing day to day trading category roadmaps to maximise trading volumes and margins.
