We are currently recruiting for an exciting new contract position on behalf of a leading Mobile Telecoms company in Berkshire for a Customer Acquisition and Retention Manager.
As Customer Acquisition & Retention Manager you will be working in a high pressured, fast paced environment, managing the day to day retention/acquisition/in-life roadmap to maximise volumes and margins.
We are looking for someone who is able to create and realise solutions through analysis and strategic planning, to devise new customer offers across the customer base. You will devise new competitive and commercially viable offers to acquire and retain customers.
- Background within a faced paced retail and online environment
- Multichannel experience
- Ability to analyse customer insights in order to define compelling customer offers
- Commercially astute
- Strong analysis skills
- Proven experience in creating compelling and commercially viable offers for customer retention, acquisition and in-life.
