CS & VAS Performance Engineer

CS & VAS Capacity Engineer:

Fantastic opportunity for a successful candidate to be involved in all aspects of a mobile network.

This role will be looking across 3G Voice, 4G Voice (VoLTE) and VAS (Value Added Services) core applications.

Candidates will be required to demonstrate experience of CS and VAS or just CS in either a testing, operational or support environment.

A background in capacity planning or performance management experience would be desirable.

The role will involve working within my clients Core Network Design team, to capture the specifics for the evolving Voice networks and to appropriately influence and guide the network evolution.

You will need to understand business and network capacity requirements and ensure that voice and VAS solutions are in place to meet those requirements, communicating consequences on costs and timescales, and delivering guidelines and forecasts.

Working to ensure that performance levels of voice and Value Added Services infrastructure support excellent customer experience, ensuring that internal measures are relevant accurate and reflective and providing an interface into the rest of the business for these measures.
