An excellent opportunity has arisen for a CRM Programme Manager to join a leading Mobile Telecoms company located in Dublin (near Sir John Rogerson's Quay). As CRM Programme Manager you play a key role in leading the customer care system transformation programme, designed to help them deliver the best customer experience, helping them to work smarter and deliver new customer propositions!

As CRM Programme Manager you will work with key stakeholders to ensure that the customer function is business ready for the change. We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager with proven experience in delivering large customer care system transformation/change programmes in a fast paced, dynamic environment!

Skills & Experience Required:

• Experienced in delivering end to end CRM transformation programmes within a fast paced, changing environment
• Proficient in programme management within large scale business transformation
• Experience of defining and scoping requirements
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Hands on ability to manage and mitigate risk
• Commercial awareness
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience gained within the area of Telecoms, Customer Relationship Management, Call Centres, Online Sales and Support, Enterprise resource or Customer Billing & Invoicing
