Corporate Finance Analyst

London

3-6 months initial contract (must be available to start no later than end of April)

This leading travel company are seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Analyst to join their busy team as they go through an exciting period of change.

Working on an exciting project, your responsibilities will include:

  • Modelling, monitoring and updates of refinancing model.
  • Ownership of current corporate model
  • Developing and enhancing cash flow forecasts and rolling liquidity models
  • Deliver scenario analysis and management information requests
  • ad-hoc reporting of actual vs. forecast performance
  • Across three international business units with multiple budget-holders.

You must be:

  • Qualified CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA
  • Experience in a large accountancy consultancy/practice is an advantage
  • Advanced Excel required and SQL beneficial
  • PowerPoint experience and disciplined approach to presentation
  • A detailed analytical and questioning approach
  • Experienced in design and development of integrated P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow modelling
  • Private Equity/leveraged capital structure experience (covenants, debt etc.)
  • Experience of service business with deferred income recognition accounting
  • Driven self-starter with ability to produce effective results under pressure
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint user
  • Experience of a multi-currency business
