Mobile Core Network - Triage Lead - Contract - Reading, Berkshire.

A leading mobile telecoms company is searching for a Triage Lead (Mobile Core Network) to join a core network project.

The successful candidate will handle faults that arise from testing core network elements and assign the correct team to resolve them. You will have working knowledge of mobile core network and experience in a fault finding / service desk role. This is a Triage Lead role and therefore will involve running the daily meetings to resolve defects and supporting the Defect Manager. The role will involve working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates require excellent communication skills.
