The Control Centre Coordinator will ensure that Secure Engineering are receiving and fulfilling incidents and requests to meet SLA's.

Essential Skills
- Incident Management
- Request Management
- Good Verbal and written communications Tenacity
- SC Clearance

Desirable Skills
- Understanding of Service Delivery processes
- Ability to correlate and manage multiple incidents and requests
- Experience of working with Field Engineers and contractors

Due to the nature of the work involved, there is a mandatory requirement for the role holder to hold SC Clearance.
