Varied responsibilities include:
Ensuring tasks are evenly distributed amongst the team.
Ensure team are hitting SLAs and delivering services to client base above expectations.
Deliverables are being met.
Design new streamlined internal procedures.
Policy and process implementation.
Participate in Senior Leadership Team meetings to discuss future vision and strategy.
Reporting, presentation preparation, data auditing, database management, and administration.
This role requires someone with a great mix of operational and strategic competence. A background in administration is key. Candidates must be organised, be advanced in use of Microsoft Office, confident, professional and articulate.
