Job Description

Recruiting immediately a Contracts Administrator, working for a leading telecom company based in Maidenhead who will be responsible for the administration of the contracting process within a pre-defined governance framework.

Role details

  • Ensuring that only people at the appropriate level of seniority within the business sign contracts, and that contracts are accompanied by the appropriate internal documentation.
  • Uploading copies of contracts.
  • A core part of this role will also be keeping accurate records within the contract management system.

Skills / Experience

  • Candidates with a background of Admin Assistance, Systems Administrator or Admin related roles would be great.
  • Ideally worked within a Legal or Procurement Function previously
  • Must have great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong eye for detail, able to follow processes.
  • Relatively experienced, as will be dealing with challenging stakeholders whereby Admin and following process is not one of their strongest assets
