I am urgently recruiting for someone with experience drafting commercial contracts for a 4 month contract based in South West London.

As Contract Manager you will be responsible for assisting the legal and contracts team in drafting commercial contracts for mobile telecoms roaming agreements. You will be responsible for providing contracting and transaction support to the group, providing legal support to the group and be aware of commercial, legal and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Excellent drafting skills
• Proactive and practical
• Good planning, multitasking and problem solving skills
• Commercially astute
• Solid experience in drafting commercial contracts (ideally within mobile telecoms, however technical contracts would be preferred)
• Understanding of legal issues and risks
