Contract Analyst - Contract - South West London

Urgent contract requirement for a Contract Manager/Analyst to be responsible for assisting the legal and contracts team in drafting commercial contracts for mobile telecoms roaming agreements. Also responsible for providing contracting and transaction support to the group, providing legal support to the group and be aware of commercial, legal and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Excellent drafting skills
• Proactive and practical
• Good planning, multitasking and problem solving skills
• Commercially astute
• Solid experience in drafting commercial contracts (ideally within mobile telecoms, however technical contracts would be preferred if not telecoms)
• Understanding of legal issues and risks
