Content Production Lead - Marketing Operations

Recruiting immediately and on a contract basis, for a fantastic client in the Maidenhead area.

This role sits within the Marketing Operations team, within the wider Customer function. It will report directly into the Head of Marketing Operations and will have 7 direct reports, reporting into them.


Role Focus

  • Supporting the communications execution strategy across all of our channels.
  • Lead the team to work in partnership with the business and external agencies.
  • Deliver quality design work / creative thinking that delivers impactful business results.
  • Work with strategic partners and third parties to innovate in content development and creative execution.

Responsibilities

Solutions Analysis - Identifies and evaluates complex expertise-led solutions against a range of criteria to find the ones that best meet business needs.

Needs Assessment - Uncovers emerging issues and/or needs and identifies potential causes, related issues, key stakeholders and barriers.

Project Management - Manages and delivers required outcomes for a portfolio of projects while reporting to senior colleagues.

Marketing - Develops and/or delivers a plan for significant aspects of a product, service or marketing area while working under the guidance of senior colleagues.

Leadership and Direction - Develops and/or delivers a plan for a specific area of responsibility by managing others.

External Communications - Develops and/or delivers a plan for significant aspects of external communications with guidance from senior colleagues.

Contract Management - Delivers required outcomes by managing day-to-day relationships with contract service providers and working within an established contract management plan.

Client & Customer Management (Internal) - Manage relationships with important internal customers and act as their business partner, while taking guidance from senior colleagues.

Building Capability - Takes responsibility for implementing a team's formal development framework with guidance from senior colleagues, while informally coaching others throughout the organisation in area of expertise.

Brand - Executes a brand plan for a particular product, service or speciality area while working within established brand management systems.
