Contact Centre Development Specialist - BI/Business Analyst
Recruiting immediately and on a permanent basis, for a fantastic client in Maidenhead. However, this role can also be offered out of their Glasgow office should that be more suitable for candidates.
What we are looking for:
Essentially our client is looking for a BI Analyst / Business Analyst used to working in fast paced and ever changing working environment that can sometimes lack process.
This person is responsible for taking complex data sets (100,000's lines) from multiple data sources and translating the information into actionable intel for our clients Contact Centre management team to improve customer experience.
As an example, you may analyse network faults / call stats to ascertain where customer pain points are i.e. is it a device issue or geographical issue, and make recommendations to the business on action required.
You will be data mining to find areas for improvement both in operations and customer experience. For example, monitoring channel performance online Vs retail for certain campaigns.
Must be able to rationalise complex data and translate it into a usable "story" for non-technical managers.
