A leading and innovative Telecommunications company is looking for a Contact Centre Development Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will be sat within the Customer Team who are responsible for acquiring new customers whilst ensuring that existing customers are happy.
You will be tasked with collaborating with Marketing and Big Data teams to ensure the go-to-marketing offerings are inline with strategy.
You will be creating strategic initiatives that continuously improve the standard of service from the Contact Centres, with the focus being on large scale improvements to the process to improve customer experience, employee experience or cost structure.
You will be accountable for delivering the shift in the contact centres through large scale investment beyond business as usual finance that delivers on the 5 year channel strategy.
You will be asked to create and drive high impact initiatives that continuously improve the standard of service from the contact centres.
