I am currently recruiting for a Compliance Specialist with specific experience in OFCOM. This is a 6 month initial contract working for a market-leading telecoms company.

As Compliance Specialist you will provide a second line of defence for compliance policies, this is a key role in ensuring that company policies meet the requirements of the Compliance Policy Framework. You will provide quality assurance over policy development, engage with Directorates, monitor the state of compliance in the business - identifying and tracking corrective actions and prepare for audits.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Past working experience in a relevant role - Internal Auditor or Compliance Specialist, specifically in relation to OFCOM
• Able to develop a good understanding of the strengths, weaknesses and limitations of the current business and how it might impact the compliance review
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to clearly communicate issues, associated risks and identify the root cause and possible strategic implications
• Compliance certified
