Communications and Engagement Manager - permanent - Reading

Exciting new opportunity for a Communications and Engagement Officer or Manager to join a mobile telecommunications company in central Reading on a permanent basis.

This role brings with it the possibility of real progression and is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to take that next step in their career and move into or grow in a manager role. You would be line managing one direct report.

You would be involved in the hands on delivery of the company's communication strategy, linking in with senior managers and the CEO, mainly working on:

• Change Communications
• Employer Brand
• Corporate Brand
• Ways of Working

You would be supporting the Head of People; leading, designing and delivering the internal communications and engagement activity including the internal engagement survey and developing strategies that enable new ways of working.

Ideally you would have a background in internal communications with experience putting together communications plans and being involved in Employee Engagement projects.

Experience with share point and word press as well as web design skills and a marketing or communications qualification would be desirable.
