Joining the World's largest Broadband Communications company as their Commission & Targets Manager, you will be responsible for owning the strategy, management and development of the commission and targeting across the business.

As Commission & Targets Manager you will be responsible for looking at the rewards, commission and targets across the sales teams and using your honed communication and people skills in order to motivate the teams and get them on board with new incentives and targets. This position is working in a B2B environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the monthly Commission Scheme Review Board process, covering performance and return analysis
• Scoping and refining of schemes and policy change
• Managing the Commission offshore team
• Keeping the sales teams engaged with new schemes and policies
• Managing changing varying commission structures
• Defining and maintaining account allocation, movement and targeting process covering Small Business and Large Enterprise sales teams

What we are looking for:

• Proven track record in commission and incentivization within B2B environment
• People leadership skills
• Experience in leading and managing teams with large scale and varying commissions
• Demonstrable skill in driving and implementing change and performance enhancing initiatives
• Managed commission and incentives for large sales teams (500+people)
• Strategy planning experience
• Commercially aware
