Job Description

Intro

The Commercial Systems team is responsible for the creation and in-life operational management of new products and propositions to all sales registration (acquisition & retention), customer service (assisted and self-serve), billing, provisioning and support platforms utilised within sales channels (Retail, Telesales, Contact Centre, Online, Self-serve), ultimately critical to enabling channels to achieve commercial and customer experience KPIs.

Role

You will be responsible for the day to day management of the Commercial Systems team and accountable for the delivery of strategic & tactical configuration changes across the Central Catalogue Services portfolio, integrated sales channel systems and Trading Execution activities.

Skills

  • Commercial experience with the ability to balance business priorities against operational risk
  • Experience of managing teams and partners
  • Experience of building external supplier relationships
  • Proven stakeholder management skills and an ability to influence at a high level
  • Excellent negotiation and communications skills
  • Experience of working with different development processes and methodologies - Waterfall/Agile
  • Worked in a telco / digital / marketing environment - with multiple systems, such as CRM / CMS etc
