Job Description

I am recruiting for a Commercial Property Lead to join a growing team within a leading telecoms company in the Berkshire area on a permanent basis.

You will be managing projects relating to their portfolio of sites, circa 20,000 sites. This will involve a variety of duties such as managing rents, business rates, power as well as liaising with Shareholders and 3rd party suppliers.

  • Identify and implement ongoing continual improvement plans for financial savings.
  • Support in the management of commercial property contracts including auditing, ensuring performance against KPIs and authorising payment requests.
  • Enhance relationships with commercial partners
  • Work with Finance department to ensure "no-surprises" for month-end reporting.
  • Work with Estate management partner to obtain advise and ensure opportunities are maximised.
  • Managing across a diverse user group and multiple business units and 3rd party suppliers
  • Managing across a diverse system and application environment across multiple infrastructures
  • Managing demarcations of responsibility across a wide range of organisations including shareholders and suppliers.

You will have previous experience in a similar role with a large commercial organisation. You will also have experience or working with large sets of data across large property portfolios. If you have knowledge of telecoms / Power Management / Power industry then this is an advantage.
