Job Description
Commercial Product Owner
3 Month + Contract, Starting January
Maidenhead, Berkshire
Commercial Product Owner - working in a fast paced, consumer driven environment, you will have the ability to influence significant Commercial & Customer Experience business outcomes, playing a part in the acquisition and retention of customers. Working with the mobile broadband team your role will be integral to revamping the customer journey and help to increase customer conversion.
This position would suit a commercially minded Product Owner with experience working in a Scrum/Agile environment, and has had particular experience in defining customer journeys and increasing customer conversion rates. Experience gained within a company with customer subscriber based products would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Strive for as personalised a digital solution for customers as possible
- Driving commercial performance and capability for customers
- Achieving key customer and sales targets by improving commercial journeys
- Working with key stakeholders to understand and deliver on their requirements
- Helping educate customers to use the online functionality to support their commercial journey
- Writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Ensure your team fully understand the vision and business outcomes
Skills & Experiences Required:
- Strong Product Owner working on highly customer-centric products
- Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment focusing on iterative delivery
- Commercially astute, with a focus on increasing customer conversion rates
- Background in defining customer journeys
- High level of creativity
- An analytical mind that uses empirical data as well as opinions to back up your ideas
- The desire to look for simpler but better solutions
