We are working alongside a market leading Telco to recruit a Commercial Manager - Contact Centre to play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of expected demand into contact centres.
The Commercial Manager - Contact Centre will liaise with outsource partners to ensure demand outlooks are produced and budgets set accordingly - The ultimate goal is customer expectations being met.
The Commercial Manager - Contact Centre will work with Partner management and Contact Centre teams to understand the impacts and benefits of introducing new ways of working / changes / business shifts whilst maintaining an outlook on resource implications.
As a Commercial Manager - Contact Centre you will ensure contact centres are equipped to meet business objectives by making sure headcount and scheduling is managed effectively.
You will be delivering clear and concise comms between various work forces along with vendor management teams and provide support to management by building expertise and developing talent.
