Commercial Finance Partner

A Finance Business partner with a strong commercial background is required by a customer driven Telecoms organisation.

This role supports the customer function within a forward thinking environment and requires a customer driven finance professional.

You will act as a business partner, providing guidance and insight to support delivery of the team's goals. Developing relationships with internal teams and external partners will be key to the role and you will work and negotiate with these stakeholders to deliver volume, cost and profitability targets. Critically, you must be comfortable communicating with and challenging senior stakeholders and be comfortable presenting financial information to non-finance stakeholders.

The role is responsible for providing effective commercial & financial support, along with challenge & direction to the assigned area in the business in order to ensure performance is at the optimum level. The role also manages the relevant financials for the assigned area and analyses the market to proactively identify any risks and/or opportunities. The role will also provide guidance & direction to other finance professionals in developing high performing finance talent.

Candidates will be a CIMA, ACCA or ACA Qualified Accountant and have worked within a commercially aware / customer driven environment.

You will have a proven track record in successful business partnering with a multitude of Director Level stakeholders and skilled at interfacing with commercial teams. In addition to report writing for and presentation to a senior management audience

You will have the ability to manage change and re-engineer processes.
