The Senior Manager - Commercial Content role is responsible for managing a team of three full-time writers and tasked with the creation of commercial content for all digital channels and the knowledge base including website, the Contact Centre, the App and any other relevant platforms.
As a team lead you should be able to demonstrate great people skills, understanding how to adjust your communication style to deliver key messages and to work effectively with stakeholders across the business.
Sitting within the Digital Content function in a fast-moving environment you will be able to manage a range of projects whilst ensuring content is in line with the company's tone of voice and brand guidelines. As a key member of the team you will be responsible for overseeing the creation content enabling this company to meet their goal of becoming the UK's best loved brand.
