Role Purpose

Key Performance Indicators

• Operates as the overall infrastructure Customer Solution Architect for large, complex solutions.
• Authors design and test documents for large, complex infrastructures
• Can evidence regular contributions to customer forums, conferences and professional bodies.
• Demonstrate a contribution to the definition of customer overall IT architecture, including new solutions or significant size and complexity and which contain solution components from contributing specialists.

Key Accountabilities

• Has experience of designing and deploying Meraki wireless solutions to large retail customers
• Has experience of designing and deploying Cisco ISE
• Has excellent Routing and Switching knowledge to CCIE level
• Has experience in assisting engineering team in post design roll-out activities.
• This role will requires frequent visits to customer sites, potentially throughout the UK but largely concentrated in the South.
