Checkpoint Specialist/SME/Lead Firewall (Checkpoint) Architect

Checkpoint Specialist/SME/Lead Firewall (Checkpoint) Architect is urgently required by our Global IT Services Client for a rolling 6-month contract to be based in Edinburgh.

We are looking for a lead Firewall (Checkpoint) Architect, who is a hands-on SME for network segregation. Candidate should have solid experience of working with CheckPoint (HLD/LLD design level).

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a security infrastructure which will secure the datacentres, and make sure any malware will be isolated
• This is done to provide a greater level of autonomy and secure management of an OT network by staging a Industrial DMZ and doing a series of network segregation tasks
• Person MUST be a 'Checkpoint expert' and be able to demonstrate having undertaken similar projects in the past
• This is to meet NIS Directive requirements as such experience in this would be a big plus
