Channel Marketing Specialist / Campaign Manager

Fantastic permanent opportunity available with a leading telecom company based in Maidenhead, Berkshire. We are recruiting for a Channel Marketing Specialist.

Context:

This role sits within the Channel Marketing Team within Marketing Operations within the wider Customer function. We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate strong Channel Marketing & Channel Communications experience across multiple channels (Retail, indirect, online etc).

Responsibilities:

• Manage communications activity and campaign across different channels.
• Planning, prioritising, timing and execution.
• Execution of footfall driving activity, using insight and test and learn to inform decisions.
• Execution of customer literature & tactical trading activity.
• Acquiring new customers, whilst ensuring the existing ones keep in love
• Collaborating with the marketing and big data teams to ensure our go to market offering is spot on.

Skills:

• You ideally come from a telecom background.
• Good understanding of the complexity of retail and contact centre channels.
• Experience of working with various creative agencies and using multiple types of media.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong character to build relationships and be able to deliver a win win situation.
