My client is has an exciting new vacancy for a contract Service Process Change Manager for an initial 3 month contract position. The Change Manager will report directly to the Lead SDM and will be responsible for managing and overseeing operational change management, an important function for one of the key accounts in the portfolio.
The role involves ownership of the change management function on the account, including team management, partner engagement and customer relationship. The role will require an SDM capable of managing a key function for the contract, controlling changes to the service, and enabling additional revenue streams through a slick efficient process ensuring that agreed change management standards and process are adhered to.
The role holder should have a good knowledge of Change Management and be disciplined, customer facing and able to manage remote/virtual teams to deliver a complex process across all service towers.
