Job Description

Project People currently have an exciting opportunity for a Change Manager to join a leading Telecoms business at the forefront of technology.

The role of Change Manager will fit within the Governance & Assurance function of the business and will report directly into the Governance Manager.

The ideal Change Manager will;

  • Be an experienced project/programme Change Manager experience across a large cross functional Transformation programmes.
  • Have strong people skills as you will spend time with senior Stakeholders; displaying excellent relationship, influencing and all-round communication skills, with strong written and presentation skills.
  • Be used to working within a fast-paced medium to large company in complex design & development programmes and be able to understand and work with a technical and skill diverse teams
  • Have a tenacious, flexible, passionate, resilient and results driven with a persuasive personality
  • Possess a working knowledge of PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies.
  • Have knowledge of using JIRA
  • Be experienced working with outsource suppliers and matrix organisation
  • Be effective in communication and engagement of stakeholders, sponsors and Senior Managers to support decision-making
