CEM Delivery Manager. Reading. 6 Months+
CEM Delivery Manager required to work on a mobile telecoms project on a contract basis in Reading.
Responsible for Customer Experience Management (CEM): The Network CEM solution will provide a comprehensive capability for monitoring the Subscriber, Service and Network Experience at all levels by collecting, correlating and analysing Network, Device and Customer data. The solution will provide KPIs, KQIs along with actionable analytics to improve the Customer Experience and the quality of services offered.
Role includes working within the OSS team alongside a Service Assurance Manager and E2E Service Manager. Shared responsibilities for Multivendor System Integration Program Management, including third party OSS vendors management.
Requirements Management, translation of business and strategic requirements into technical requirements
Architecture & Design for all OSS domains
Baselining, managing and maintaining Data Model across all OSS vendors including probes suppliers.
End to End Integration of OSS Architecture across required network domains and IT applications.
End to end testing and acceptance of architecture releases.
Support the definition and the development of Operational Processes.
