CAD Design Authority - Contract - Berkshire

Leading telecommunications infrastructure service provider require a CAD Design Authority on an ongoing contract basis.

Experience of Civil / Structural Engineering for Mobile Telecoms networks/sites and extensive experience using AutoCAD will be required.

As CAD Design Authority you will be responsible for carrying out SWC CAD audits, understanding the telecoms cell site infrastructure designs and support drafting requirements, provide technical input into documentation ensuring technical compliance and defining CAD strategies.

This is a key position as you will be the first point of contact for all technical queries across Deployment, Property and Operations and you will visit sites to ensure compliance with design guides.

CAD Design Authority - Skills & Experience Required:

• Must have experience of working as a CAD Infrastructure Designer within a telecoms network arena
• Must have good knowledge of structural design
• Expert AutoCAD user
• Good understanding of structural and telecommunications design
• Good communication skills
• Evidence of technical authoring
