Business Process Analyst - Maidenhead, Berkshire - 6 Month initial contract

Urgently recruiting an experienced Business Process Analyst on behalf of a leading communications company based in Maidenhead. This will be an initial 6 month contract offering a competitive daily rate.

As Business Process Analyst you will be working within the Business Transformation team supporting the introduction of new technology. You will need to have strong practical process experience, supporting TOM process design/engineering. Working within a scrum circle you will be the process person for that circle, you will be expected to design and deliver the key processes to the required level of detail as well as requirements capture and conduct business impact analysis. This is a fast paced environment, working in 2 week sprints, you will need to have strong workshop facilitation skills in order to know what output you require from the other team members and be able to get it.

This position requires a strong BPA with knowledge of frameworks, process methods and standards such as ITIL, CMMi, TM Forum (eTOM/BPF) and TOM.
