Business Process Analyst

Business Process Analyst. 6 Month Contract. Maidenhead.

Business Process Analyst required to work on a contract basis on a transformation project, supporting customer process requirements to support the introduction of new technology.

This role requires an experienced Business Process Analyst who has previously supported Target Operating Model process design/engineering, with an emphasis on the Process Analyst you will be placed into scrum circles and be the process person for that circle.

Working within Target Operating Model Design Circles.

The role will impact assess the work-stream or programmes identified against the Operating Model segments (Process, KPI, Capability, Technology, Partnerships and Alliances, and OD).

The successful candidate will illustrate experience of;

• Strong Business Process experience
• Knowledge of frameworks, process methods and standards (ITIL, CMMi, TM forum eTOM/BPF) and Target Operating Model Framework.
• Workshop facilitation.
• Influencing skills.
• Problem solving skills and a good understanding of business or IT is preferred.
• Experience of using IBM Blueworks Live (or Visio).
