Job Description
Great opportunity open for a Business Consultant with commercial experience and experience of negotiating existing public sector contracts, to come on-board and work for a market leading global IT company based in Telford. This will be an ongoing 6 month contract with flexibility to work from home 2 days a week. Competitive rates on offer.
Key experience:
- Candidate is required to renegotiate government accounts for the clients (commercial aspects/highlight points the client have not thought of)
- Should have previous experience with negotiating EXISTING PUBLIC SECTOR Contracts
- Must have IT Services background
- Will need to undergo baseline clearance before joining
Responsibilities will include:
- Provide contextual commercial advice to the deal commercial lead and account
- Provide domain knowledge of Client commercial issues
- Provide historic knowledge and bridge to deal commercial lead and account
- Provide advice and guidance to the Client Account leadership team
- Work with the deal commercial lead to define commercial strategies for extension deal and new services
- Work with account and pre-sales team to draft contract documentation in support of deal commercial lead
