A leading mobile telecoms company is searching for a Business Analyst (Procurement and Finance Process) to join their team in Reading, Berkshire on a permanent basis.
The Business Analyst will act as the process lead and subject matter expert on Procurement to Payment, Finance system process in order to lead and support the End-to-End process changes to meet the business requirements, rules and regulations, compliance, and internal controls requirements.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Business Analysis experience, requirements gathering and analysis, process definition, change, testing.
- Will have previous experience of working with Finance and Procurement systems - industry neutral.
- Will need to be a good time manager.
- Good level of change management experience.
- Experience of managing external supplier/vendors
- Able to think independently, entrepreneurial flair, is results oriented, focuses on outputs and innovative.
- Is very pro and positive about corporate change.
