Job Description

A leading telecoms organisation are recruiting for a Business Analyst to act as a process lead and SME on Procurement to Payment and Finance system processes to lead and support the End-to-End process changes, in order to meet business requirements, rules and regulations, compliance and internal controls requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate training strategies and conduct training to users in terms of system and business process
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complicated system issues independently and analyse the root cause
  • Understand the needs of the business and translate this into the new ERP functionality
  • Identify improvements to existing procedures and apply system changes as required
  • Design, test, build and present process documentation
  • Analyse complex financial information and communicate internal control requirements with non-finance stakeholders across the business and external service providers
  • Maintain financial and procurement master data and system configuration
  • Develop and modify the report with new or emerging user requirements
  • Lead the transformation and maintenance of the corporate financial and operations reporting suite
  • Perform data reconciliation to ensure the corporate reports are accurate

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Excel skills- including Macros
  • System and process development and documentation experience
  • Maintain change and process improvement life cycle
  • SQL knowledge
  • Proven understanding of business processes including P2P, 02C, R2R
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Project based experience
