Business Analyst - Data & Insights

A Business Analyst - Data Insights is required by pioneering a Mobile Telecommunications organisation.

The Business Analyst - Data & Insights will contribute to the Governance function within operations with a focus on reporting and analytics using data in all forms to drive business decisions and service improvements. This role will support identifying and capitalising on opportunities available from data using modern statistical tools and techniques whilst also supporting the creation and maintenance of a robust and sophisticated reporting suite. The Business Analyst will transform Data into financially intelligent information underpinning commercial governance.

The Business Analyst will manage and execute the delivery of reports along with performing project based analysis and will drive analytics and insights to Operational performance, the role will assist in drawing actionable insights to provide strategic recommendations across Operations.

The Analyst will manage any system ad process enhancements necessary to deliver analysis and insights against agreed KPIs to help build a service centric culture.

Candidates will have carried out a similar analytical role with a proven record of success and delivery ideally gained within a Mobile Telecoms or similar environment.

You will have experience in working with, and making sense of large data sets, including unstructured data. Expert user in MS Access and MS Excel with advanced VBA skills. In addition to this, you will have excellent inter-personal skills and abilities in managing stakeholders and matrix teams
