Regional based with travel to HQ in Reading

I am currently recruiting for a Build / Rigging Engineering Specialist on an ongoing contract basis on behalf of a Mobile Telecoms company based in the Thames Valley.

Working on the Beacon Project you will provide technical support to the Build Manager. You will be required to provide technical knowledge and advice on build & rigging design and RF testing.

Your role can be home based (in the UK) however you will need to be able to travel to the HQ in Reading for regular meetings.

This is a customer facing role and you will be responsible for engaging with all stakeholders and stakeholder groups who are connected to the design and build function. You will need to be on hand to answer specific site queries and communicating with manufacturers & design suppliers. Part of your role will also to proactively ensure site H&S is followed at all times - risks, issues and dependencies.

Requirements:

• Applicants must have worked on the Beacon project in build / rigging
• Rigging knowledge is essential
• Understanding of RF design and understanding of how to build and test any standard site types (macro/SF) - essential
• Must be able to produce documentation and liaise with stakeholders in order to advise on the best course of action / solution for sites
