Billing / Change Analyst Coordinator - 6 months - Berkshire - Mobile Telecoms
This role sits in the Revenue Assurance & Change Billing Team and in one of the sub-teams - Implementation & Change Management
Working in many areas of billing a swell as cross functionally with the wider business with a key focus on the implementation of change
Managing the charging document control process (CID) to ensure changes to the charging configuration are clearly documented and approved in a timely and accurate manner.
Managing number requests, ensuring that new range requests from MNO/OLOs are implemented in a timely manner. you will also help to address queries in relation to existing number ranges and wholesale price band changes.
Change Management - support Revenue & Assurance & Billing's engagement with wider business change, ensuring that we have the appropriate visibility and involvement in new projects and campaigns
Billing Customer Experience - play a key role in delivering the best possible Billing Customer Experience through trend analysis and process improvement
Experience of managing and improving business processes
Experience working to tight deadlines
Ability to effectively communicate to a wide variety of stakeholders
Experience of billing, rating, discounting, billing cycles, bill production, payments and collections
Proficient in MS Excel
Nice to have:
Sound knowledge of SQL, Access, Business Objects
Sound understanding of the technical infrastructure within a mobile telecoms company - business processes, CRM, billing, mediation
Knowledge and experience of Revenue Assurance, covering key principles related to controls for network elements, business processes
Understanding of Ofcom
