An established Dublin based business is seeking a Bid Manager to join their organisation on a short term contractual basis. This Bid Manager will play a vital role and will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility and accountability for the delivery of the businesses ICT proposals and tender responses to customers.
  • Responsible for the production of customer proposals for ICT solutions.
  • Build and maintain a library of bid material including reusable content and submitted bids.
  • Run the bid qualification process ensuring the business only work on relevant tenders.

Experience / skills:

  • Proven experience of creating professional proposal documents.
  • Experience in managing and coordinating cross functional teams consisting of internal and external partners
  • High-level understanding of technology trends, including technical selling expertise, ICT and Cloud.
  • Results based with a strong focus on professional presentation.
  • Ability to think logically and present complex concepts in a simple manner.
  • Strong commercial and business acumen.
