Job Description

Network engineer / Azure / Solution Architect

Azure Network specialist

  • An experience azure deployment network focused Engineer that has had experience in deploying an Azure hybrid solution.
  • To act as a member of the Azure foundation and BEX programmes, reporting into the Lead Network Architect.
  • To review the proposed architectures, providing feedback on deployment constraints based on previous deployment experience.
  • To provide technical delivery support to the network architects, delivering solutions and configurations to support application deployments.
  • To create deployment scripts, for networking components.
  • Areas of experience and skills required
  • Azure Solution Deployment - Networking (VNET, NSG, Hub and Spoke, Express Route, VPN, UDR)
  • Azure Solution Deployment - Services (Load Balancers, Highly available Virtual Network Appliances- Fortinet- mandatory NetScaler\Bluecoat NSG optional)
  • Azure Solution Deployment - Security (NSG, Firewalls)
  • Infrastructure as Code familiar - Ansible and deployment Automation, experience in coding in Ansible including the creation of scripts, managing roles and inventories
