Leading Managed Services Provider in the Defence Sector is looking to hire an AWS -DEVOPS ENGINEER to become part of a vibrant team of cloud native engineers focused on cloud migrations and optimisations for our customers with an understanding of DevOps. You lead the way for our customers by providing expert input during planning and execution

Duration: 3 Months rolling contract

Rate: Inside IR35

**A national security clearance is required for this role but candidates not holding this level of clearance will be considered but must be eligible to get it once selected and processed before start date**

Responsibilities of the role:

Work with Product Owner and other key Stakeholders to create project backlog

Build platforms as part of a product

Utilize modern automation technologies to ensure quality of delivery

Problem solving technical issues

Responsible for delivery to business, security and technical requirements

Essential Skills:

DEVOPS tooling - Agile tooling (Jira), Collaboration (Confluence & MS Teams)

3+ years Developer experience

Ansible

Terraform

Jenkins

Git

Desirable skills:

• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
• AWS DevOps Developer Associate
• Agile (SAFe and SCRUM)
• Oracle
• SQL
