AV Support Engineer/Audio Visual Technical Support

AV Support Engineer/Audio Visual Technical Support is urgently required by our Global IT Services Company for an initial 4 months rolling contract, to be based in London.

Responsibilities & Skills:

• Must have strong AV Technical Support (Audio Visual) experience, with extensive experience of managing AV faults and supporting AV services, calls, service requests and planned changes
• Call management support
• High level of AV equipment supporting with designated AV team.
• BAU Support experience
• Supporting and manning the Technical AV Help Desk
• Managing AV faults and supporting AV services (calls/service requests/planned changes)
• VIP support
• PC laptops/builds, OS Configuration, Active Directory Administration, Hardware repair, Windows 10 support experience
• Excellent client facing experience
