An Automation Developer is required to use their wealth of PowerShell and build experience to provide standards for development, best approaches for automation, mentor and guide other developers, and design & develop scripts to automate time-consuming manual builds.

The project will be executed on AGILE principles with a focus on incremental value to existing projects as quickly as possible.

Skills Required:

• Extensive experience of Microsoft PowerShell for application and infrastructure builds in a formal environment incorporating version control, coding standards, formal testing
• Experience of design/development/delivery of large scale applications (preferably in a government/defence setting)
• Experience of solution delivery in a highly secure environment
• Knowledge of Agile/Incremental solution delivery
• Experienced in all stages of the project lifecycle

Desirable Skills:

• VMWare
• Experience of working with different test automation tools to automate manual tests
• DevOps
