We are looking for an Assessment Consultant to join our client's Head Office team on an initial 3 month contract, where you'll be working with one of the world's leading Mobile brands.

You'll be a key part of an agile team working closely with the Recruitment Team, hiring community & key stakeholders across the business. Our client is looking for someone to take on responsibility for designing, developing and implementing solutions that assess the capability of its people, internal and external, in order to enable the effective delivery of business outcomes.

The Role:

  • Design, develop and implement the full assessment cycle for the business.
  • Deliver required outcomes as the key point of contact & manage relationships with important internal customers.
  • Provide specialised training or coaching in area of expertise to others throughout the organisation.
  • Conduct research using primary data sources & relevant information to enable analysis of key themes and trends in order to draw appropriate conclusions and make suitable recommendations.
  • Deliver small-medium scale projects by working within an established program management plan.
  • Uncover emerging issues and/or needs and identifies potential causes, related issues, key stakeholders and barriers.
  • Build a high-performance culture by designing and delivering programs that accurately assess and recognise the skills and capabilities that the organisation needs to achieve success.
  • Provide guidance when required on making sure the organisation develops and maintains the culture, values and design it needs to reach its objectives.
  • Guide and train others on motivating all employees to learn, grow and develop.
  • Managing projects and/or programs within desired cost, time and quality parameters.
  • Provide guidance and training to others on using clear and effective verbal communications skills to express ideas, request actions and formulate plans or policies.

Skills & Experience:

  • Must be a qualified Occupational Psychologist.
  • Post Graduate degree in this area.
  • Level A &B Certificate in Occupational testing and experience of using psychometrics.
  • Commercial/corporate experience in this arena is essential.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • 18 months+ experience in delivering assessment solutions is essential.
