Area Service and Operations Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service and Operations Manager to manage one of our client's Service Operations Centres in Portsmouth and be Senior Point of Contact for Water System and Engineering Service clients across the South-east region.

What we are looking for:

1. You'll be an experienced people manager, with a successful track record of managing engineering teams, either in the field or based at a engineering service centre.
2. You will be able to demonstrate excellent customer relationship skills, and be able to evidence where you have made a positive impact to service delivery and resolving customer issues at a senior level.
3. You'll be dealing with large commercial customers and Water Authorities, so prior experience dealing with senior stakeholders in these types of organisations will be a distinct advantage.
4. You will be able to contribute to achievement of cost saving targets by way of process improvement, increase field utilisation, and effective operation management.
